Really cool vibes in the rooms, and loved hanging out on the rooftop terrace! Jeronimo was super helpful, which made our stay even better. Just be aware that it's a bit off the beaten path, so don't expect tourist spots nearby.

charming boutique hotel

material is a charming boutique hotel! our room was surprisingly large and blended industrial and traditional styles beautifully. it's just a short walk to the nearest subway station, making it easy to explore. the rooftop terrace was perfect for enjoying drinks while watching the sunset. the staff were super friendly and accommodating!

Great stay for families

The room was cozy and had a lovely balcony which was nice to sit at night. The staff here were really helpful, especially when we needed assistance with our luggage and getting around.

It was not inexpensive but still acceptable
